Ordering
- 01We comply with UK food labelling and allergen legislation. Allergen information is provided on individual product pages and with your order. Please read this carefully before ordering. If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch before placing your order. Our biscuits contain the following allergens: Shortbread: GLUTEN (WHEAT), MILK Cookies: GLUTEN (WHEAT), MILK, SOYA Some flavours of cookies may contain nuts but this will be explicit in both the product title and allergen information. All biscuits are baked in a home kitchen which handles all allergens, including nuts. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment so unfortunately we cannot cater to allergies.
- 02I have a huge range of popular themes, which are listed on 'Our Biscuits' and accompanied by a gallery. If you want a theme that you don't see listed, please do enquire - I have a 3D printer and I'm able to cater to most requests. Please note, there may be an extra charge for design work or purchase of files.
- 03All of our biscuits are home made and in small batches. They are freshly made to order. Each biscuit is individually heat-sealed to retain freshness. If kept in their original packaging, the shelf life of our biscuits is: -Shortbread minimum of 6 weeks -Cookies 5-7 days However for best quality, we recommend consuming them as soon as possible after delivery. To keep your fondant at its best, store it in a cool, dark spot away from heat or sunlight.
- 04Custom made, personalised biscuits all have custom quoted prices. As a guide, fondant decorated shortbread starts at £3.50/biscuit, increasing in price with detail, complexity and additional personalisation. Giftboxes are an £1 extra, including satin ribbon and gift note (if required.) Ribbon for favours is complimentary. Seasonal offering are all priced per giftbox and will be advertised accordingly.
- 05We are registered with our local authority, fully insured and operate in line with UK food safety regulations. We currently hold a Food Hygiene Rating of 5, Very Good, awarded by Winchester City Local Authority.
