Because our biscuits are freshly baked, made to order food items, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law.

This means:

• We do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been baked or dispatched.

However, your satisfaction is important to us.

 

We take great care to package our biscuits securely to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us at littlefoxesbakery@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damaged items

• Photos of the external packaging

Where damage has occurred despite appropriate packaging, we may:

• Offer a replacement or refund, or

• Submit a claim to the courier on your behalf

Claims cannot be accepted where:

• Damage is consistent with mishandling outside normal delivery conditions

• Photos are not provided

• The issue is reported outside the stated timeframe
